Shipping and returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer a clear return policy that complies with current regulations for online food purchases.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer service department by email at [email protected]. The product must be returned intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
2. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a product that is damaged, does not comply with the order, or has obvious quality issues, they may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the procedure, send a report with photos of the damaged product to our customer service department.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returns are only accepted for products in unopened, undamaged packaging.
Returns are not accepted for opened or used products, except in cases of obvious manufacturing defects.
The customer is required to keep the original packaging to facilitate the return.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service department by email or telephone, providing the order details and a description of the problem. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
5. Refund
Once we have received and verified the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a voucher of equal value.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind on the part of the customer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
